I have suddenly stopped getting emails. What should I do?

If you still are not receiving emails please feel free to contact Cristian at news@newsserviceflorida.com or call our office at (850) 656-6400.
I know someone who would love this story; can I forward it to them?
Yes! Our subscribers are allowed to forward 1 new story per week. Obviously, forwarding all of our content will ensure we have only 3 subscribers.
If you know someone that could benefit from our entire service let us know and we can add them to your trial or give them their own.
I love the emails but there are just too many, can I slim them down?
Yes. We have our Keyword Alert System, which allows you to choose up to 25 keywords. You will then receive only stories that include your desired content.
HERE’S WHAT TO DO:
1. Once you are logged into the NSF website, choose ‘Manage Alert System’ on the left hand column under ‘Site Navigation’, and then follow the prompts.
2. Also, Click Here to be removed from our standard email list.
FYI – If you would enjoy receiving a single daily email that re-caps the top stories of the day, please contact Cristian at news@newsserviceflorida.com or call our office at (850)656-6400 and ask to receive the Daily Digest.
A few additional keywords that you may want to use:
On Tap – a schedule and summary of the day’s top upcoming events (mornings)
Advances – a top-to-bottom look ahead at the up-coming week (Fridays)
Roundup – a summary and analysis of the past weeks news (Fridays)
Is there a way to receive all the news in one email per day?

How do I narrow my search?
To Search:
Enter the word or words you wish to find. You can include Boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) and wildcards (* and ?) in your searches. Click the "Search" button to start the search.
Examples:
Crist insurance
Finds documents contain the words "Crist" and "insurance".
Crist or insurance not commissioner
Finds all documents containing either "Crist" or "insurance" but not the word "commissioner".
[Crist's insurance commissioner]
Finds all documents containing the phrase "Crist's insurance commissioner" (rather than just documents containing the word "Crist," the word "insurance" and the word "commissioner").
German*
Finds documents containing any word beginning with "German" - for example "Germany", "Germans", and "Germanic".
How do I search for session summaries?
When searching for Session summaries in our archives please place either [House Summary] or [Senate Summary] in the NSF archive search box. You may also add “and [month date]” to narrow down you results.
